除非另外説明，全店滿港幣700即享香港地區包郵，全店滿港幣1700即享台灣及澳門地區包郵，全店滿港幣2700即享新加坡包郵。

如未達包郵金額，您需在付款時同時支付運費：

香港—HKD 20 澳門—HKD 30 台灣—HKD 50 新加坡—HKD 150

關於發貨時間

一般情況下，預定貨品會在截單後7-20個工作天把貨品發出，請留意每個地區每次的截止日期並預留一定時間耐心等候。有存貨的貨品會在確認付款後3個工作天發出。同一個訂單中包括預訂和現貨的話，會在預訂貨品到港後一併寄出。如有任何疑問，歡迎聯繫我們的客服團隊。請注意我們不接受以發貨時間作為退款的理由。

Regarding Shipping Fees

Unless otherwise stated, free shipping is available for Hong Kong orders over HKD 700, Taiwan and Macau orders over HKD 1700, and Singapore orders over HKD 2700.

If the minimum order amount for free shipping is not met, you will be required to pay the shipping fee at the time of payment: 

Hong Kong – HKD 20

Macau – HKD 30

Taiwan – HKD 50

Singapore – HKD 150

We carefully select the most suitable logistics companies based on the development of different regions.

Hong Kong – Kerry Logistics, SF Express

Taiwan – SF Express, Yamato Transport

Macau, Singapore – SF Express

Regarding Delivery Time

In general, pre-ordered items will be shipped within 7-20 working days after the order deadline. Please take note of the cutoff dates for each region and allow sufficient time for delivery. Items in stock will be shipped within 3 working days after payment confirmation. If your order includes both pre-ordered and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once the pre-ordered items arrive. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team. Please note that we do not accept refund requests based on delivery time.
